Epoxy Shower Kit Contents:

• 2 gallons of Stone Coat Countertop Epoxy
• 1 gallon of Stone Coat Quick Coat
• 1 Roll of Fiberglass Mesh (36’’ X 75 feet - 225 sq.ft.) Enough fibermesh to coat multiple panels.

Remember to select your favorite epoxy color additives to personalize your shower walls with any countertop finish design.

Application Overview:

1. Apply Quick Coat to foam panels at 3 ounces per square foot using a 1/8'' notch trowel for uniform spread. Tint this base layer with epoxy dye or metallic powders for your chosen color.
2. Press the fiberglass mesh into the wet Quick Coat with a bondo spreader or shower squeegee, ensuring full contact. Cure for 3-4 hours.
3. Add a second layer of tinted Quick Coat, using a torch to remove air bubbles. Allow a 3-hour cure time.
4. Mix Stone Coat Epoxy with your chosen color, apply over the panel, and let cure. Finish with a clear epoxy coat or the ultimate top coat for protection.
5. Install the panels with silicone in a prepped shower and seal the corners with silicone for waterproofing.
